The Property

An office building in East Brisbane occupied by a state-of-the-art grain inspection laboratory.  The operates between the hours of 8:00am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday and contains hi-tech laboratory equipment running constantly on a 24/7 basis.

The Electricity Bills:

The business’ electricity consumption was approximately $53,000.00 per annum consuming approximately 541 kilowatt hours a day.

Solution Delivered

Spinifex Energy installed a 72-kilowatt solar system which consisted of 220 x Jinko 330W photovoltaic solar panels and two SolarEdge 27.6 kW inverters.

Savings Achieved

The 72-kilowatt system produces approximately 291 kilowatt hours of electricity per day reducing the daily power consumption by up to 55%.  The estimated savings are $6175.00 per quarter or $24,700.00 per annum.
